Thirty-three
dead in
the
worst
mass
shooting
in U.S.
history
were the
FOX
News
headlines
streaming
across
the
country
Monday
as a
lone
shooter
slaughtered
Virginia
Tech
students
going
about
their
daily
campus
affairs
before
pulling
a gun
and
killing
himself.
Eye-witness
reports
told of
how a
lone
gunman
had far
too much
time --
at
least
two
hours --
to carry
out the
mass
killings
after
the
unidentified
gunman
first
killed
two
students
at a
nearby
dormitory.
According
to
initial
reports,
students
complained
that
there
were no
public-address
announcements
or other
warnings
on
campus
after
the
first
burst of
gunfire
that
left two
dead.
They
said the
first
word
they
received
from the
university
was an
e-mail
more
than two
hours
into the
rampage
— around
the time
it is
believed
that the
gunman
struck
again.
University
President
Charles
Steger
told
local
news
outlet
she
believed
that the
shooting
at the
dorm was
a
domestic
dispute
and
mistakenly
thought
the
gunman
had fled
the
campus.
"We had
no
reason
to
suspect
any
other
incident
was
going to
occur,"
Steger
said.
Other
local
reports
found
that
police
recovered
two 9mm
handguns.
That
report
was not
yet
confirmed
by
authorities
and
campus
police
would
not
confirm
the
report
during
the
afternoon
news
conference.
The
tragedy
unfolded
at 7:15
a.m.
Monday,
when a
911 call
came
into the
campus
police
department
concerning
an
incident
at West
Ambler
Johnston,
a
residence
hall,
reporting
multiple
shooting
victims.
While
that
investigation
was
underway,
a second
shooting
was
reported
in
Norris
Hall,
located
at the
opposite
end of
the
2,600-acre
campus.
Steger
said two
people
were
killed
in a
dorm
room in
West
Ambler
Johnston
in that
early
shooting.
A little
more
than two
hours
later,
an
unidentified
lone
gunman
entered
Norris
Hall, a
classroom
building
used by
the
Engineering
Department,
and
methodically
executed
30
people,
before
turning
a gun on
himself.
Initial
reports
had as
many as
28
people
wounded
and
treated
at area
hospitals,
but
Steger
revised
that
number
to 15
during
his late
afternoon
news
conference.
The mass
shooting
quickly
reminded
people
of the
Columbine
High
School
shooting
in 1999
when
Dylan
Klebold
and Eric
Harris
killed
12
students
and a
teacher
before
killing
themselves
in
Littleton,
Co.
Many
questions
still
linger
about
the
Columbine
shooting,
leading
researchers
to the
conclusion
the
media
and
government
were
covering
up a
sophisticated
pysops
operation
were the
shooters
were
actually
mind
control
victims
programmed
for
violence.
The same
questions
should
also be
asked
about
the
Virginia
Tech
incident
as after
both
incidents
a media
frenzy
quickly
began
calling
for
stricter
gun
control
laws.
Further,
in both
cases
the
shooters
turned
guns on
themselves,
making
it
near
impossible
to ever
find out
their
true
motives.
It
should
also be
noted
that the
number
33 is a
favorite
Illuminati
signal
perhaps
passing
a
message
to
"those
in the
know"
that one
of their
Manchurian
Candidates
had
carried
out his
orders.
